How You Will Make an ImpactDistribution Center Fulfillment Team Lead will oversee Warehouse staff's day-to-day operations ensuring that responsibilities and leaderships expectations are met. Associate's degree or vocational training in logistics or related field preferred.3 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management required.Hands-on leadership style with demonstrated experience guiding and growing talent.2+ years' experience in Forklift, Reach Truck and Electric Pallet Jacks required.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills, RF scanner experience including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.EOE, DFWP#LI-Onsite
