Job descriptionABOUT OUR CLIENTTop Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Ground Up Commercial and Light Industrial projects through completion. The Lead Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects throughout Georgia and Nationally.Project Types Include:- Tilt Wall- WarehouseDistribution Center- HotelHospitality- Complex Commercial- Data Center- Manufacturing- F&BJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, and Renovations of Industrial projects such as: Tilt Wall Warehouses, Cold Storage Food Distribution Facilities, Food & Beverage Processing, Semiconductor, Logistics Distribution Centers, Battery Plants, or Manufacturing facilities, Hotel, and other related project types ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects. We will also consider experience within the following types of construction: Data Center, Mission Critical, Life Science, Pharmaceutical (Clean Room, Biotech, Labs), Healthcare, Big Box Retail, Retail, Self-Storage, other complex IndustrialManufacturing experience.Select Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedules.Manage subcontractor performance relationships.Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.Implement and execute Quality ControlQuality Assurance program.Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experienceExceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completionMust be willing to travel on site to locations across the United States.WHAT'S ON OFFERCompetitive base salary plus compensation package to include medicaldentalvision options, 401k, bonus (projectannual), PTO, vehicle allowance with mileage or vehicle with gas card, per diem (lodgingfood), and growth potentialOpportunity to join a reputable firm with strong pipeline of projectsJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRelocation assistanceVision insuranceWork Location: On the road
