Job Description:

Our client in Newark, DE is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team. This is a temp to hire position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, hours will vary, and rotating Saturdays 8AM-12PM. This position offers $15hr with bonuses available.Essential Duties:Achieve department standards, goals, and work minimum accounts per hour as set by management through continuous efforts to contact clients and collect on debtor accounts while performing all phases of skip tracing workFollow up on all accountspayment arrangements until paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible by managementKeep accurate records and documentation of activity on accounts worked through policies and procedures as set forth by the companyAdhere to and abide by all regulations as set forth by the FDCPAAny other duties as assigned by General Manager or Section ManagerQualifications & Skills:Must be available to attend and complete entire training programRequired to work 2 nights per week until 9pmStrong customer service, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure, independently, and meet deadlinesExperience in agency or bank recovery, and knowledge of the FDCPA and credit bureau reports (preferred)If you are interested in signing up with J & J Staffing Resources today, please copy and paste the link below into your web browser to get started.
