Hatch, an AI-powered customer communication platform, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager eager to engage both their creative and technical talents to strengthen our narrative as we grow.Belonging to the marketing team but collaborating across departments, you will spearhead campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, product usage, customer loyalty, and our KPIs.And who are you? The thought of having a tangible business impact gets you amped, and you have a history of setting new standards in all that you do.Roles and responsibilitiesBecome a Hatch product subject matter expert and evangelist through use of the tool and regular communication with marketing, sales, onboarding, support, and product team members.Translate technical features and improvements into cohesive, compelling stories that educate and excite not just our customers but internal team members. Conduct competitive analyses and develop and refine Hatch product positioning and messaging that effectively differentiates us in the market, resonates with our customers and audience, and builds our broader brand voice.Govern and grow the strategy for sales enablement, customer education and retention, GTM campaigns, brand awareness, and lead generation"”finding ways to scale content creation, repurpose content, and create a unified system across the funnel.Create high-impact marketing collateral, including case studies, one-pagers, help articles, ads, emails, website pages, and blog posts that effectively provide product education, communicate our value proposition, demonstrate our thought leadership, and embody our brand voice.Requirements4-6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience. Enterprise marketing experience a plus.Proven expertise in not just content creation, but conversational, conversion-focused copywriting and storytelling.Ability to adjust tone and positioning for audiences and channels while maintaining consistent brand voice.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with cross collaboration: You work as effectively with product and engineering as you do with sales, marketing, and customer success.Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, andor Figma preferred but not a dealbreaker.Passion for tech startups and generative AI.Curious, creative, and imaginative while also data- and deadline- driven.Accountable and proactive, unafraid to challenge the status quo.Ability to craft results-driven campaigns tied to team and company objectives.If you like working in startups and have an appetite for immediate impact, we want to hear from you!
