Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales for a waterfront hotel property near the Boston Logan Airport. This premiere hospitality company has been rapidly expanding with more than 20 hotels in its portfolio and has plans to keep going! This role will oversee the financials of this beachfront property where the main goal will be to increase the annual revenue by 10%. With multiple properties in the area and the company's continued expansion plans, this is a great opportunity for career growth. Compensation: Base Salary of $85,000 to $90,000, up to 25% bonus potential, full group health insurance (company pays 50% for single coverage), 3% salary 401(k) match up to 5%, 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days and more!Qualifications:5 years of Hotel SalesRevenue experience Brand Background is highly preferred Downtown Boston experience is highly preferred Financial Acumen of $8M+ in revenue*Please note only qualified candidates will receive a response*
