Job Description:

Our client, an innovative biotech is looking to add a Sr. ParalegalContracts Manager to their team to assist the General Counsel with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical and commercial contracts. The role is temp to perm, starting with a 6-month contract with the option to extend to a permanent position.*This role requires candidates to be located in the San Diego area*Qualifications:BABS degree or AAAS degree and Paralegal certification.5+ years of contracting experience.Previous work experience in the Life Science industry.Experience with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating clinical and commercial contracts.Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.Support company's contract management system and assist with development of new contracting procedures.Work with cross-functional teams on various legal matters.
