Our unique "Pick A Mood" collections transform everyday moods into captivating style statements, engaging the next generation and cementing our position as a Gen Z favorite.As Lead Stylist you will:Ascertain new resources for trend, design and concept information alongside our Trend DepartmentIdentify key looks and silhouettes to support concepts or shopsKeep abreast of ever-changing customer identity and interests relating to the social and cultural aspects of their lifestyleParticipate in seasonal style-outsCollect images to represent and illustrate current and future trendsManage the US Styling Process with the Merchandising + Design TeamsOwnership and execution of all styling and technical pinning on set.Manage styling closetOversee internsassistantsFocus on E-Commerce, and Campaign StylingThis position partners with Creative, Merchandising, Design, and Marketing teamsWork closely on calendar planning and sample availability.Your Experience and Skills include:4 to 7 years of experience required in styling for an E-Commerce retailerbrand.An extremely strong knowledge of trends and the ability to translate visuallyTechnically advanced with on-set pinning and have a strong understanding of fit.Strong verbal and written communication skills; can patiently and effectively communicate with a diverse and multicultural group of peers across time zones and continents.Nimble, scrappy and adaptable. Can roll with the punches and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environmentYou believe that feedback is a gift; you can receive and grow from feedback, and you're comfortable sharing thoughtful feedback to others as neededAbility to travel domestically and internationallyBonus points if you're fluent in Mandarin
