From Arts and Education to Environment and Public Health, our mission is clear: to save and improve lives worldwide.As a Tier 2 Desktop Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our efforts, interfacing daily with C-Level Executives and collaborating closely with internal technology teams. Your responsibilities will include:Proving Tier 2 & executive support with efficiency and professionalism to Windows & Mac UsersUtilizing desktop management tools such as SCCM, JAMF, Bomgar for seamless operationsManaging Group Policy and Active DirectoryExchange to ensure efficient system administrationLeveraging Cloud services like Azure, G-Suite, and O365 to enhance productivity and scalabilityCommunicating effectively to bridge the gap between technology and business objectivesTo thrive in this role, you'll need:3-10 years of experience in desktop engineering and technical supportWindows & Mac ExperienceProven expertise in desktop security and management tools (SCCM, JAMF, Intune, Bomgar etc.)Previous administration rights to Active Directory & ExchangeExceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levelsPrevious Windows Migration experience
