We're seeking ambitious individuals to work closely with key decision makers in leading global life science companies to understand and identify where our portfolio of content, marketing and event products and services can accelerate their marketing and business development efforts.We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team to drive sponsorship sales across our content and conference brands. Join us!Role Responsibilities:Build long-term relationships through a consultative sales approach to sell sponsorship packages, deliver bespoke solutions, and identify business opportunities.Take full control of the sales process from research to close.Proactively target and sell to key clients via phone, online calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person.Generate sales revenue consistently and deliver against monthly, annual and event campaign targets.Lead by example in activity, reporting, and pipelines, including management and maintenance of HubSpot CRM system.Research and build knowledge of industry trends and topics to provide professional and valuable interactions with clients.On-site management at events - providing the highest level of client support, collecting feedback, overseeing account renewals, as well as supporting the event manager in all other aspects of the event.We are looking for someone with:Previous 1+ years' experience in a B2B sales or similar customer facing role.Proven record in achieving ambitious targets, meeting deadlines, and delivering against key performance indicators.Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills to influence and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to plan, organise and manage your time effectively and work independently when required.A willingness to learn and contribute to the success of a team.Ambition to grow and develop alongside the company.More about the role:Salary: $50,000-$60,000 PA + commission ($21,000-$26,000+ expected for year 1)Location: Boston, MA and hybrid. 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
