Pri-Med provides practical education to primary care clinicians to facilitate better patient outcomes. Through online and in-person conferences as well as through an on-demand platform, clinicians rely on Pri-Med for opportunities to engage with peers and renowned medical school faculty and participate in education to improve their practice. The need for timely and relevant medical information is especially strong among clinicians. This is a 24-hour-per-week internship with flexibility regarding the schedule (must be between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday).Key ResponsibilitiesSupport sales collateral development (case studies, sell sheets, and presentations) and updates with key stakeholdersAudit current video content and make recommendations on implementing into larger marketing strategySupport website content management and update current B2B whitepapers to be more evergreenBuild landing pages in an updated template for our sponsor websiteSupport company's email marketing implementation via lead list building, copyediting, email drafting, deployment, and reporting in MarketoDraft B2B-audience-focused LinkedIn posts for company pageCollaborate with various teams across our organization including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teamIf interested, travel to a local Pri-Med in-person conference to support the team onsiteRequirementsPursuing Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or MarketingPrior experience in a professional work settingPrior marketing experienceGraphic design proficiency (PowerPoint and Canva or InDesign)Effective written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and WordSelf-motivated and proactiveBonus SkillsBeginner level HTMLEmail marketing platform (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)Content management system (CMS) (WordPress, etc.)Post-production project management experience related to video marketing content developmentSalesforce experienceInterest in healthcare
