We are a dynamic CADCAM software company based in Massachusetts and we have an exciting job opportunity for an enthusiastic CAMCAD technician to join our team!EFICAD holds a strong position in the development of woodworking furniture software from design (CAD) to manufacturing (CAM) with customers and partners in 60+ countries to distribute and support our solutions in a highly technical environment. EFICAD America, assumes the distribution in the Americas and in the context of growth, we are looking for someone who will take care of the different technical steps when implementing its software within the organization of its customers.How you will contribute.Implementation and TrainingManage multi-stage projects from start to completion. Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projectsWork with multiple customer parties including Engineering, Manufacturing and Management to understand requirementsConfigure software to meet customer requirementsPost Processor support and customizationConduct training for software end usersSupport Provide support to customers in the use of our productsTroubleshoot complex configuration and software questionsWhat you bring.Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, machining, CNC programmingCAM system experience and post processor customization requiredCAD (SolidWorks preferred) system experience, data management and computer science skills are a plusExcellent presentation and communication skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple tasks and long-term projectsAbility to travel up to 40%, including international when requiredBenefits Work in an international environment with high technological levelVisits on customer site with possibility of international travel3 weeks of paid time offWe offer an attractive compensation package and comprehensive benefits
