Prior knowledge of HVAC systems, HVAC estimating, HVAC mechanical engineering or design, HVAC commercial or industrial technician, type of previous experience or similar industry, is required for this position. As an HVAC Estimator Sales Support representative at Bethel Products, the following duties and responsibilities are expectations of the ideal candidate:Responsibilities:Perform full cycle inside sales routine, role with a focus on closing sales with consultative approachPromote company products and services over the phone, and emailMaintain relationships with existing customers, and establish new relationshipsResolve customer inquiries (quotes) and handle all aspects of the sales cycleSet follow-up appointments with customers to via phone, and emailPreserve and update customer records through CRMTeam with Territory Managers to build pipeline and close on quotesProvide quotes to customers within 24 hours of requestMaintain a high degree of product and service expertisePerform periodic onsite measurements of HVAC equipment, HVAC coils, for accuracy of all product orders; travel required within the state of FloridaRequirements:Proven inside sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience with high volume of outbound calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience with SalesForce, Zoho, or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProficient with HVAC commercial and industrial mechanical equipment and designAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyQualifications:High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work historyMinimum 1 year experience in HVAC inside sales, HVAC estimating, or HVAC project managementIntermediate with Microsoft Outlook applications, such as Outlook, Word, ExcelNegotiation and closing skillsDeadline and detail orientedGo getter attitudeStrong attention to detail, self-starter ability, and high scale customer oriented skillsBethel Products LLC is a leading supplier of HVAC Corrosion Coatings - going to market with our proprietary brand of coating - EpoxSil Coatings. In addition, BP supplies equipment such as replacement.
