The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing service mapping in our ServiceNow ITOM Visibility project.Key Responsibilities• Improve ServiceNow horizontal discovery and top-down mapping.• Develop discovery patterns within the ServiceNow environment.• Provide guidance and best practices based on experience and expertise.Technical Skills and Qualifications• Strong understanding of data centers and infrastructurenetworking.• Proficiency in low-code development within the ServiceNow tool.• ServiceNow Certified Discovery Implementation Specialist certification preferred.• ServiceNow Certified Service Mapping Implementation Specialist certification preferred.Professional Skills• Highly collaborative and communicative• Ability to work in fast-paced environment of high transparency and accountability• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships with individuals.• An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a similar role, sufficient to provide guidance and best practices.
