Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruiting process. We are seeking a highly organized team player who will provide exceptional coordination support to the team.ResponsibilitiesSupport TA Ops Logistics, Background checks, and I-9 activities for Production hiresManage post-offer support for all candidates including pre-employment screening support and timely communication to candidates and stakeholders.Manages background checks (criminal check, drug screening, physical checks, and fit for duty), ensuring timely processing and escalation of issues.Manage all the pre-hire status in our ATSWork with Recruiters, Plant HR Managers, and Candidates to coordinate new hire start datesCoordinate new hires' day-one communicationEnsure 1-9 Completion in 1-9 Service Center (E-Verify) for all production new hires on time.Serve as SME for all TAC processes including process improvements and change management; serves as the TA cross-functional lead on any projects related to candidate experienceEnsure completion of pre-hire processes documentation in appropriate systems for criminal check, drug screening, physical checks, and fit for duty for compliance supportEnsure completion of I-9 process documentation in E-verify for all production new hires for compliance supportRegularly audit background checks and I-9 completion process for all Production hires for compliance purposes. Experience 3+ years of work experience within TAHR in a Recruiting Assistant TA specialistTA Coordinator role2+ years of experience with ATS managing TA workflows 2+ years of experience with the Background check process and systems 1+ years experience with E-Very and understanding of the employment eligibility process and supporting documentationHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software programs, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint Skills Strong project management skills, analytical and decision-making skills - ability to evaluate metrics, programs, and processes.Self Driven Attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals across the organization (both written and verbal)Excellent planning and organizing skills. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
