QualificationsMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in pattern making and contemporary fit Formal education in Pattern Making and Apparel Production- Contemporary experienceStrong trend and fashion awarenessExperience with intricate, designer-level patterns and fabricationsKnowledge of garment dyes, woven and leatherTailoring experience, excellent draping skills, and strong construction and sewing knowledge a MUSTAbility to be a team-player and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PLM and Microsoft TeamsFirst through Production Pattern makerMust have good communication and written skillsResponsibilitiesCreate first through production patterns for AGOLDE for a full range of sportswear styles, from pants and jackets, to tops and dressesWork with tech adviser to import technical packages for costing and productionShrinkage knowledgeDrape, draft, and issue cutsAttend fittings, measure garments and document and implement changes.Work with sample makers to ensure proper garment construction and to ensure pre-production samples meet requirements.Spec and fit approvals for pre-production, final production samplesPartner Collaborate with design and product development teams to craft collection
