Compensation Analyst3-6+ Month Contract with potential to extend and convert permanentlyHybrid, 3 daysweek onsiteRequired:Experience using Payfactors or another market toolCompensation analyst experienceStrong Excel reporting experience - vlook, pivot tablePreferred:Experience using Payfactors strongly preferredExperience working with a company that is 5,000+ employeesStrong reporting skills and strong data analytics experienceExcel macrosOracleBachelor's degreeJob Description:Great opportunity to join a growing company!Compensation team seeking a contractor to handle compensation analysis.Ideal hires have experience working with high volumes of Data in excel .These hires will work with a team of analysts and compensation team members.Job Description:Growing company seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team! activities associated with the development and administration of compensation programs.Responsibilities: May serve as a compensation consultant to managers and HR by assisting in the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation solutions designed to help drive business growth.Conduct external market and internal equity analysis and provide managers andor Human Resources with total compensation recommendations (New Hire Offers, Promotions, Job Changes, MarketEquity Adjustments)Administer annual salary planning, salary structures and various incentives and bonus plans.Prepares recommendations and special studies on subjects such as market pricing, incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, and similar complex programs.Participate in market surveys; analyze survey data to identify market trends and ensure compensation programs are market competitive.Work with line managers creating and modifying job descriptions.Requirements4 - 6 years of experiencePrevious experience with market survey data and systemsPayFactors experience is strongly preferredSuperior analytical & project management skills; Strong written and verbal communication skillsExpertise with common reporting and analytical systems including Excel (required), MS Access (preferred), Data Warehouse (preferred), Oracle ERP (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
