Job Title: Accounts Receivable ManagerCompany: IPConfigureDepartment: FinanceLocation: Norfolk, VASummary:IPConfigure is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Manager. In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable operations, manage customer billing and collections, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.Responsibilities:Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, and collectionsEnsure that all revenue recognition is in accordance with ASC 606 guidelinesDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of AR processesAssist with month-end close process, including account reconciliationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue-related issuesReview and analyze AR aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate action. Provide regular reports to senior management on AR metrics.
