The successful candidate will play a key role in our team, driving the development of innovative emulsion formulations to meet the needs of our customers and enhance our product offerings. Working closely with our team of scientists and researchers, you will be responsible for leading formulation development, executing experiments, conducting analyses, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our formulations. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to follow standard operating procedures will be essential in this role.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in formulation development of water-in-oil (WO) oil-in-water (OW) emulsions, suspensions, and dispersions for various applications in the agriculture industry.Utilize knowledge of emulsion chemistry and surfactant science to troubleshoot formulation challenges and develop solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality control, and manufacturing, to ensure successful scale-up and commercialization of emulsion formulations.Run Design of Experiments (DOE), including bench-top, pilot, and production plant trials. Routinely collect, process, and analyze data for presentation to senior management.Identify and validate new ingredients in partnership with procurement.Make safety a priority. Proven track record of successfully developing and commercializing emulsion formulations for various applications.understanding of emulsion chemistry, surfactant selection, and emulsification techniques.with formulation characterization techniques, such as particle size analysis, rheology, and stability experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of munication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical anized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.problem solver with a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.Work EnvironmentChemistry Lab: Quiet to moderate noise. This position requires individuals to handle materials that may be harmful, therefore good lab practices must be followed at all times.
