Job Description:

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, a PE certification, and 5-10 years of roadway improvement experience, particularly with ODOT. They should excel in leading project teams, managing complex projects, and fostering client relationships. Key responsibilities include promoting company services, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining project quality and budgets, and mentoring team members. Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions:Understand the broad scope of services the company offers and increase business by educating existing or new clients on how our services can meet their needsIdentify regulatory drivers for our services and build a plan to put us on the forefront of those drivers in our areaUnderstand and assess contractual obligations before entering into agreements and uphold them throughout projectsManage relatively large complex projects involving multidisciplinary project teamsDevelop and maintain client relationships as the client contact for projectsDevelop strategy, scope of work, and budget for projects and manage project schedules and budgetsActively manage WIP and AR to meet company metricsMaintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standardsDesignImplement company policies and proceduresRegular engagement with related professional societies and networking eventsInteract, negotiate and build credibility with regulatory agencies; andMentor team members and foster a culture of engagement Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Bicycle Facilities and EnhancementsNon-Complex Roadway DesignComplex Roadway DesignProven ability to lead project teamsExperience and Education:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution5-10 years of experience in roadway improvements with ODOT involvementPE is required and the following pre-qualifications with DOT are preferred: How to Apply: If you are passionate about providing exceptional technical skills to support our clients' needs, we encourage you to apply.
