Territory Success ManagerOur client is bringing on dynamic individuals for their expanding organization in the US! They're in fast moving consumer goods, and this role goes beyond the "traditional" sales role to unlock the untapped potential of this category for retailers. No cold calling is required, but you will need to fully understand the full-cycle of this category and what external factors impact the territory performance by analyzing all available data.Responsibilities:• Strategic Impact: Educate retailers on the strategic importance in driving overall sales and unlocking new business opportunities.• Hybrid Work Environment: Embrace the "hybrid" nature of the role, including travel to customer sites.• Territory Management: Take charge of route planning and objective setting for your territory. Dive deep into data analysis to understand external factors influencing territory performance.• Business Influence: Deliver compelling business insights to influence and maximize the impact of tobacco on various store categories. Implement contracts for mutual benefit.• Triple Win Approach: Demonstrate a "Triple Win" approach during the selling process, showcasing how our offerings benefit the retailer, consumers, and our company.• Educational Advocacy: Ensure point-of-sale staff are well-informed about the correct tobacco assortment and the significance of product availability.Requirements:• Minimum 3 years in FMCG sales.
