The role of Manager, FAE provides an excellent insight into the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development functions of the organization. Key Responsibilities:Provide customer service to solve complex technical problems and inquiries.Help devise strategies to differentiate MiTAC products and solutions from our competitors.Participate in industry standards, events, and training sessions to remain current with new developments in datacenter hardware and software technologies, and ensure that these industry developments are well communicated.Manage field application engineers' resource allocation and assign tasks according to each individual's capabilities.Develop personal relationships and rapport with key influencers at key accounts.Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of datacenter solutions.Prepare materials and participate in product presentations.Work with customers' engineering teams to incorporate MiTAC products into their infrastructure.Work with vendors' engineering teams to resolve technical problems.Provide technical support to manufacturing, including hands-on debugging of test systems.Qualifications and Requirements：Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years displayed experience providing technical or applications support.Experience in the complete test development life cycle of products.Proficient knowledge in datacenter technology products (server, storage and networking).Linux system administration skills, programming (XML, Python or similar), shell scripting, and ability to parse log data using appropriate languages.Familiarity with system management concepts and frameworks, e.g., provisioning, monitoring, maintaining, BIOS, BMC, IPMI, Redfish and OpenBMC.Capability to manage an engineering or supporting team and work as part of flexible and agile team.A high level of organization and customer service abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects and engagements simultaneously.Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable in a fast moving, small team environment.Self-motivated and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.Solid presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to interact well with customers.Multilanguage skill is highly preferable.
