Job Description:

Operations leads will: Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations in their area. Develop operations-related plans, policies and procedures. Maintain safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team. Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Act as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules andor resolve technical problems.
