As an industry leader, They are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service.Job Summary:They are looking for a permanent full-time Building Envelope Consultant who can work independently or within a team under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting evaluations related to building envelopes, including roofing, exterior wall systems and above & below grade waterproofing, using technology and engineering principles to ensure performance standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to provide technical advice to clients, and have experience preparing technical reports.Qualifications & Skills:The successful candidate must hold relevant degree qualifications from accredited institutions eg. IIBEC Certifications and have at least five years' experience working as a Building Envelope Consultant. They should be familiar with safety regulations regarding buildings and have experience utilizing the relevant knowledge during inspections. The successful candidate should also be able to work under pressure and have excellent analytical and problem-solving addition, the ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills, be able to work independently, and have experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
