Run additional when requested.Run scheduled MVR's on all employees in a vehicle or with access to rental vehiclesMonthly Safety ReportQuickBase maintenanceAdd Corporate new hire profilesModify profiles to match UKG data changesProvide reporting as requestedCreate new reports for Team use as neededTraining assistanceFacilitate Construction safety training coordination with recruitingMaintain ongoing record of training details on the Teams pageFacilitate PPE fulfillment through the warehouse for new hiresOrder equipment for training as directedMonitor and maintain attendance record for weekly Service Safety callsProcurementWork directly with Warehouse to ensure adequate supply to meet the needs of Service techniciansOrder PPE for warehouse to maintain agreed upon inventoryPlace Construction safety PPE orders as requested, fulfill common needs through warehouse.Maintain full PPET-shirt inventory spreadsheetMonitor T-shirt inventories across all locations through Teams pageMaintain inventory at T-shirt vendor warehouse and order as neededCreate PO's related to Safety costs using REMAMonitor exceptions from Accounts Payable and resolve What we're looking for:Bachelor's Degree; or 2 years of previous Administrative experience working in Safety, Human Resources or related disciplineProficiency in MS Office SuiteProblem solving"”resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfullyInterpersonal Skills"”maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new thingsOral communication"”speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetingsWritten Communication"”edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written informationPlanningorganizing"”prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plansQuality control"”demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure qualityAdaptability"”adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected eventsDependability"”consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performanceRogers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes everyone to apply.
