Luxury apparel brand is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and polished Social Media Manager to join their team. In addition to being exceptionally creative with a highly elevated aesthetic, this individual should be a data-driven, results-oriented brand builder with a demonstrated history of identifying, planning, and executing successful social media, growth marketing and PR initiatives. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury brand marketing with relevant experience on either the agency or brand side. This is an individual contributor role however should the need arise, this person will be expected to build, lead, and develop a team. Primary Responsibilities:Maintain strong understanding of social platforms and drive all social media projects, including day-to-day management of social channelsMonitoring talent and influencer results, assisting with compiling reports and gather analytics dataCreativity secure media coverage with both digital and "traditional" outletsRun PR and social media campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectivesWrite exceptional organic and paid social copy that is based on analytical researchCoordinate with internal departments to support development of creative assets (written and visual) for web-driven initiatives and offline collateral, projects, and campaignsEnsure that campaigns, content initiatives, and projects are completed successfully to satisfy needs of marketingPR, e-commerce, merchandising, sales and retail divisionsCreate exceptional short and long form, social media and SEO-friendly content. Experience craftingdistributing press releases is mandatoryWorking cross-functionally, oversee the planning and execution of regular in-house photoshootsEnsures the organization's image, identity, and brand standards are consistently maintained and enforcedA successful candidate will possess the following:Ability to think both creatively and strategicallyDeadline-oriented, inquisitive, and great follow-up and follow-through skillsUnderstanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggersExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to pitch to the media is requiredAbility to follow, flex, and evolve brand guidelines, brand voice, and toneComfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional open office environmentExtensive background in PR, Social Media, Brand Communications and Influencer Management.
