We are looking for an experienced and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our Texicare leadership team in our fast-growing health insurance company. You will be responsible for managing the leaders' schedules, travel arrangements, correspondence, meeting logistics and other administrative tasks. You will also act as a liaison between the leaders and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration. You will report to the COO. In this role you will: â— Manage up to three leaders' calendars, appointments, meetings, and eventsâ— Serve as the primary office administrator for the Texicare Austin officeâ— Arrange and coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and expensesâ— Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence â— Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion â— Research and compile data and information for projects and initiativesâ— Provide support and assistance in various aspects of the business operationsâ— Maintain and update records, files, and databases â— Order and maintain office stationary, supplies, and equipmentâ— Maintain office and conference room condition and arrange necessary repairs and maintenanceâ— Plan in-house and off-site activitiesâ— Check mailboxes daily and route as appropriateâ— Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and securityâ— Provide general support to visitorsâ— Perform other administrative duties as assignedTo be successful in this role, you need to have: â— High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experienceâ— Experience as an executive assistant or similar roleâ— Excellent verbal and written communication skillsâ— Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareâ— Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsâ— Ability to work independently and under pressureâ— Attention to detail and accuracyâ— Knowledge of the health insurance industry and its regulationsâ— Ability to work from our Austin, TX office 5 days a weekBenefits:â— Automatic 4% employer contribution to retirement planâ— 401k plan with 100% match up to 6%â— Flexible time off for vacation, illness, etc.â— Nine paid holidaysâ— Day one health, Rx, vision, and dental insuranceâ— Life and disability insuranceâ— Flexible spending account optionâ— Pet coverage and pet Rx discountsâ— Free identity theft protectionâ— Free 2nd medical opinion service Texicare is an equal opportunity employer.
