The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of HVACR equipment. The HVACR Service Technician will play a crucial role in continuing our legacy of providing high-quality service to our clients and ensuring the efficient operation of their systems.Responsibilities:Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of HVACR systems, including heating systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.Diagnose Issues: Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVACR systems, using knowledge of the equipment and testing tools to pinpoint the root cause of problems.Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, provide recommendations, and discuss service options. Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor.Record-Keeping: Document all service and maintenance activities through Service Fusion, including detailed records of work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for clients.Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVACR systems. Ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in HVACR systems through training and professional development opportunities.Qualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HVACR Service Technician.Valid HVACR certification.Knowledge of HVACR codes and regulationsProficient knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends.Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Must have EPA certification (Type II, III, or universal)If you are a skilled HVAC Technician with experience in the field, we want to hear from you!
