For more information, visit .Who You AreSomeone who is highly organizedSomeone who is able to juggle multiple things at onceSomeone who is reliable and has a "no task too small" attitudeSomeone who can keep calm under high pressure situationsAbout The RoleThe Operations Tech Support role is responsible for the installation and breakdown of Billfold tabletsPOS systems, assisting with inventory, update, and maintenance of equipment, and providing technical support to staff and guests.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCheck all devices upon arrival for good working order, alerting Tech Lead if devices need repair or replacementSetup devices per instructions from Tech LeadCheck WiFi and bluetooth to ensure connectivity is enabledEnsure wiring is in good working orderPerform walkthroughs of the venue throughout the event to ensure machines are in good working order and troubleshoot, as necessaryProvide technical support to staff and guestsShutdown devices at end of event, cleaning and properly storing them to chargeLocatecreate power solutions at all bars, secure power outlets under every bar to ensure all devices have powerPreferred QualificationsHigh school diplomaGED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent work experienceAA degree in a technical field, a plusHighly motivated and able to work independentlyPhysical RequirementsMust be willing to work long shifts, including overnight shiftsMust be able to work standing for extended periodsMust be able to move, pull, carry or lift 50 poundsCompensationHourly rate for this position is $18-$25
