The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Multicoat's products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities will include posting and monitoring social media pages, creating and monitoring advertising campaigns, and coordinatingorganizing with the Marketing Director on events such as trade shows, trainings, luncheons, etc. The Marketing Manager will oversee the creation of marketing materials, website updates, and social media platforms, as well as analyzing market trends and customer insights.QualificationsDigital marketing skills such as SEO, SEM, and email marketingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in market research and customer insightsAbility to analyze and interpret dataStrong organizational and project management skillsFamiliarity with web analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldExperience in the construction industry andor B2B marketing space is a plusCultureMulticoat operates as a lean-family-owned company with the financial tools and security of a large corporation.
