As the Senior Food Scientist, you'll drive innovation by transforming customer needs, industry trends, and R&D breakthroughs into cutting-edge applications across dairy, non-dairy, and beverages. Lead the technical development of new product applications in non-dairy and beverage specialtiesIdentify trends and customer needs in alternative protein sources for opportunity assessmentConduct testing and analysis to assess functional and organoleptic properties of productsDevelop new product formulationsCollaborate with the Commercial Team and ICL Front End Innovation on customer applicationsConduct regular customer visits and provide trainingDevelop and maintain detailed project plansManage project deliverables, scope, and change control; escalate issues when necessaryMonitoring project progress and performanceWhat skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
