We're starting first with the patients who need you most (Medicare - our golden generation) and growing into other patient populationsYou're entrepreneurial in spirit, willing to do what it takes to provide the best care for your patients, no matter their circumstance or location, and excited at the opportunity to help shape a growing health tech startupYou're keen to explore combining outpatient physical therapy with in-home PT benefits, and looking to grow into telehealth in the futureYou are looking for a flexible work schedule or an additional side hustle where you have controlYou are comfortable treating Medicare patients, and open to working with other patient groups as we growYou have at least 1 year of direct patient care professional experience with the Medicare populationThe Role: Direct Patient Care: You'll be treating Medicare patients in home and open to expanding into telehealth and other populations.Flexibility: Set your own schedule. Choose when and where you want to see patients, though some flexibility will be needed throughout the week. Contract: Part-time physical therapists, first as contractors, but with the opportunity to grow into full-time roles in the future as we continue to grow and shape patient care together.Case Load and Location: Minimum of 3-5 hours a week, with 5-10 patients seen in-person around Manhattan per week that can flex up or down depending on volume. State-of-the-art Technology: Our software platform handles scheduling, documentation, home exercises and insurance & billing. Forget about the paperwork and focus on your patients!Participate in TechProduct Development: You'll report directly to another experienced clinician, and have direct access to both the CEO and CTO as the voice of both patients and providers, giving input into how the care model and software should work.
