This position will be full-time contract and onsite.   What You'll Do Duties include confirmation of delivery, financial receipt closed loop, assignment, and lifecycle planningMonitor the life cycle of IT assets via the District's IT service management system and One2One Manager SystemPerform routine gap analysis to understand the condition and performance of IT assets.Provide increased insight regarding lost/stolen or asset abuse for actionImprove tracking of important IT Asset data elements for legal or regulatory complianceEnhance quality control and quality assurance (QA) of IT Asset information via the client's IT assessment management software platformReduce costs through regular repair and maintenance checks and strategies to extend the life of a deviceMinimize equipment downtime because the system prompts automatic refresh or maintenance cycles (proactive)Support learning goals labor costs because employees always have the resources they need when they need themLimit downtime (time device is not in use)ITIL - Involved in Project Planning, maintenance and tracking of IT AssetsData Integrity - Perform routine audits to verify data integrityEnsure Compliance - Monitor and ensure compliance to all required process guidelines  What You'll Need  Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degreeThree (3) years minimum (5+ years preferred) of professional analyst experienceDemonstrated strong written, presentation and oral communication skillsExceptional abilities (3+ years preferred) in Microsoft Suite of applications - Visio, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, etc. Two (2) years working experience with IT asset management lifecycle (Receive, Deliver, Assign and Maintain) - (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experienceThree plus (3+) years of IT asset and inventory life cycle managementThree plus (3+) years designing and implementing 1:1 models and automatic refresh policies Preferred:Two (2) years IT asset management procurement and warehouse managementStrong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to detail; must be able to consolidate data into actionable insightMust be able to multi-task under a highly demanding, deadline-driven, and continuously changing environmentWorks independently and is self-reliant; is resourceful and able to meet tight deadlinesAdaptable to lead efforts that may not be clearly defined and that evolve over timeKnowledge of IT Asset Management lifecycle stagesAble to interpret and provide accurate and timely information about IT assets to stakeholders in a format that is easily understood and relevantWorking knowledge and understanding of IT asset and inventory management processes and methodologiesWorking knowledge of asset management servicing  Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Expected moving, walking and standing consistent with an office environment and occasionally lifting up to 15 poundsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and armsThe employee is frequently required to talk and/or hearSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a normal office environmentLocal travel may be required for training/meetings#LI-CB1Reasonable Accommodation StatementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 - 8111.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy StatementIt is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
