Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for a Local Requirements Manager to provide expertise in support of the BluSCI network.  This position will be located in San Antonio, TX and will be an onsite only position. Responsibilities: Requirement Manager will be responsible for developing, assessing, validating, and prioritizing requirements and associated requirements products. Will be responsible for interfacing with multiple stakeholders to assess and understand the requirements. Assesses requirement issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring requirement progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and managers. Act as the central focal point for gathering local IT Requirements and ensure they are routed to the proper work centers for action, as well as keep the customer informed and up to date on project statusReview each requirement to ensure all required information is provided by the submitter and execute appropriate revisionsEvaluate each requirement to ensure all required information is provided. Oversee routine small requirements from beginning to closureAll duties performed are to follow procedures IAW TO 00-33A-1001 Chapter 18 and local guidanceEnsure all assigned requirements are tracked in Government approved Software systemsMaintains and updates records and tracking databasesRedirects issues to appropriate resource if necessary Qualifications: High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience)Clearance Required: Must have DoD Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility Required Skills and ExperienceMust have current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification 4Excellent written/verbal communications skillsProven ability to coordinate with stakeholders and collaborate with other team membersMust be knowledgeable of current technological issues and advancementsPreferred Skills and ExperienceAbility to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyService Now KnowledgeCompTIA Project+ or requirements Management (RM) CertificationMust be able to effectively communicates step-by-step solutions to end-users   Company Overview: GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT. EOE, including disability/vets.  Posted Pay Range The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Posted Salary Range: USD $81,850.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
