Function: Maintenance Job Summary: The Coordinator, Mechanical Maintenance is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring mechanical maintenance projects and tests throughout CF Industries' Distribution Facilities' system. The incumbent conducts technical inspections, audits, upgrades and maintenance on all facilities on both regular and as-needed basis. Job Description: Performs maintenance on key mechanical equipment at Distribution Facilities with special focus on pumps, LPSTs, compressors, overhaul, vibration monitoring, oil analysis, and rotating equipment. Provide technical expertise and recommendations in support of all maintenance related inspections and projects. Is readily available to address mechanical maintenance needs of each facility.  This includes telephone consultation and travel to facilities to perform repairs on equipment in routine and emergency situations. Ensures timely and cost-effective completion of repairs and maintenance on all facility equipment. Provides on-site training for Distribution personnel in areas of mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance.  Provides formal training programs. Works closely with each Distribution Facility in the development of proper maintenance activities.  This includes programmed maintenance plans, record keeping practices and emergency actions. Maintains accurate and up-to-date maintenance records Provides input and analysis on proper maintenance to all equipment. Identifies like or recurring maintenance issues and looks for solutions. Communicates maintenance activities and terminal status to Supt, Mechanical Maintenance and to the terminal facility superintendents.   Works with vendors and contractors to develop job scopes and plans.  Oversees and directs contractors who perform on-site and off-site work.  Ensures contractors work safely and meet performance standards.  Other projects as assigned Successful incumbents will have: Experience in Mechanical Maintenance.  Experience/aptitude and training in maintenance planning.  Background in rotating equipment (pump and compressor) maintenance.   Desire to travel the majorit of the time and ability to obtain a passport and/or a temporary residence permit to travel to Canada on an as-needed basis What We Offer: You'll enjoy competitive compensation, consisting of base pay plus an incentive program available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including high-quality healthcare options, a well-being incentive program, 401k, life and disability insurance, generous time off (with time off to volunteer) and much more!
