Position Summary: In this role, you will drive the development and execution of Salesforce-based solutions, blending technical expertise with leadership skills to deliver high-quality solutions addressing complex business challenges. As a key member of our Technology Enablement team, you will lead Salesforce implementation projects, contribute to business growth, and foster strong client and team relationships. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of high-quality Salesforce projects, managing scoping, project planning, and risk mitigation. Lead the Technology Enablement team, enhancing service offerings, establishing best practices, and fostering collaboration. Engage with potential clients and key decision-makers to develop new business opportunities and promote revenue growth. Promote a culture that reflects our core values, providing mentorship and guidance to lead the team to success. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to support organizational growth and success. Simultaneously manage multiple projects at different stages of the development lifecycle. Analyze previous enhancements and design testing plans to improve user experiences. Adhere to all relevant company and departmental policies and procedures. Collaborate with offshore development teams to devise strategic solutions, utilizing Salesforce modules effectively. Mentor junior developers, improving performance and simplifying solutions. Offer constructive feedback and insights to business partners and testing teams to enhance solutions, outcomes, and implementation. Experience Minimum of 7 years experience in Salesforce solutions with a strong background in leading end-to-end implementation projects Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I and II Experience configuring and customizing scalable Sales, Services, Experience cloud applications, and Mobile Publisher applications. Experience integrating Salesforce applications with third-party systems/applications. Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Leadership or supervisory skills required: Administers disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with company policies. Conducts constructive and timely performance evaluations. Manages the daily operations of the department. Recruits, interviews, selects, and trains new personnel. Travel - Up to 10% travel required. Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ Qualifications Preferred: Skills Application Architect or System Architect Additional Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Architect Certifications, CRMA, Data Cloud, AI) Experience leading, interacting, and managing distributed project teams in an agile environment. Physical Requirements: Sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, close vision for computer work, speaking, hearing, lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs.
