The position is 100% on site located in Calabasas. Pay is 70k-90k/year with excellent benefits and profit sharing.MUST HAVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AT A CPA FIRMResponsibilities Include: Accounts payable and monitoring of client cash flowAccounts ReceivablesPayroll processing via various platformsReconciliations and month end closePrepare financial statements and reports as necessaryProcess quarterly and annual filings such as sales tax, city business licenses, 1099's, etcResponsible for 20+ clientsQualifications· Excellent communication skills with clients and staffBookkeeping and business management: 3+ yearsQuickBooks Desktop and Online: 3+ yearsPayroll: 3+ yearsMust be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environmentAssociates or Bachelors degree in Accounting preferredReside locally, preferred
