Inside Sales Support RepresentativeBethel Products is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Support Representative, due to our incredible growth, we are looking for talented inside sales to join our team. Prior HVAC Estimating, Sales, Technical Support, is preferred, or knowledge of HVAC systems / Mechanical type of previous experience or similar industry.About usBethel Products is a leading-edge company in Cape Coral, FL. We are professional, agile, fast-paced and our goal is to be a solutions-based HVAC/R strategic partner with our long-term relationships in providing heat transfer solutions, supplier of aftermarket coils, with the best HVAC proprietary protective coating offering in the industry, and addition to other HVAC product and service offerings. Majority of our production work is performed in-house in our Cape Coral, FL factory. Work performed is mostly on brand new HVAC equipment, directly from manufacturers.Our work environment includes: â–ª Modern office settingâ–ª Regular social eventsâ–ª Casual work attireâ–ª On-the-job trainingâ–ª Safe work environmentâ–ª Lively atmosphereJob DescriptionAs an Inside Sales Support Representative at Bethel Products, the following duties and responsibilities are expectations of the ideal candidate:Responsibilities:Perform full cycle inside sales routine, role with a focus on closing sales with consultative approachPromote company products and services over the phone, and emailMaintain a high degree of product and service expertiseMaintain relationships with existing customers, and establish new relationshipsResolve customer inquiries (quotes) and handle all aspects of the sales cycleSet follow-up appointments with customers to via phone, and emailPreserve and update customer records through CRMTeam with Territory Account Managers, and Sales Manager, to build pipeline and close on quotesProvide quotes to customers within 24 hours of requestRequirements:Proven HVAC Estimating and/or Inside Sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience with high volume of outbound calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience with SalesForce, Zoho, or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyQualifications:High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work historyMinimum 1 year experience in HVAC Estimating and/or HVAC Inside SalesIntermediate knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and systems including commercial, residential, heavy industrial, or prior experience in a related fieldIntermediate with Microsoft Outlook applications, such as Outlook, Word, ExcelNegotiation and closing skillsDeadline and detail orientedGo getter attitude and positive aptitudeStrong attention to detail, self-starter ability, and high scale customer oriented skillsBethel Products LLC is a leading provider of HVAC Corrosion Coatings - going to market with our proprietary brand of coating - EpoxSilâ„¢ Protective Coatings.
