Job Requirements:Skillfully transmit comprehensive knowledge on how to install and run maintenance work for HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.Clearly communicate with others, answer questions, offer instructions and ideas during a class environment.Maintain a professional demeanor and address issues in a polite mannerOffer training to contractors and installers in different locationsExperience as an HVAC Technician or Instructor is preferable, but not required.Salaried position.Direct Hire role, starting with the company from day one.Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurances, 401k match, bonuses and commissions structure.
