Perform testing following internal instructions. is position will interpret, document and communicate results to the appropriate departments, The will also complete the final assembly of some components onto pump systems. Perform other work related tasks as assigned.Main Responsibilities: Including the following, other duties may be assigned.Assemble a variety of pumps and peripheralsTesting units to meet tolerances & product specificationsMaintaining the companies rigid quality assurance standardsNote information to work orders as requiredWorks under limited supervisionPerform in process specific visual and measurement inspection checksPerform specific visual and measurement inspection checks as directed.Record, report and compile inspection result dataPerform quality audits as directedRecommend changes to inspection methods as conditions warrantQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to performeach essential duty satisfactorily.Mechanical AptitudeAbility to measure and handle a variety of complex partsHave good oral and written communications skills.Exhibit the ability to perform activities without constant supervisionSkilled using measuring equipment: micrometer; caliper; Dial indicators etcMath skills for data analysis.Full MS Office type software competency (Excel, Word, PPT, Access dB..)Computer skills for data collection, record keeping and reports.Good Interpersonal communication skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills DesiredEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or equivalent2-4 Years' experience in manufacturing and preferably some type of final assembly inspection processLANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documentsAbility to interpret technical charts and drawingsAbility to respond in a professional manner to common inquiriesPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those thatmust be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform theessential functions.Regularly required to talk and hear.
