They never expect anyone to work overtime, so you'll still be home by 5 pm for dinner every day.They spread their hours across Mon-Sat through tax season, and have Fridays off in the summer time.Any hour that you do work overtime, you gain back to take as extra holiday on top of the 3-4 weeks already offered.They are a small firm based in Fairfax focused on business and individual tax, and bookkeeping for their loyal clients spanning industries such as hospitality, healthcare, financial services and real estate.They are looking for a senior tax associate/preparer with extensive experience with individual tax returns.
