*Please note if you are selected for an initial conversation regarding this position that someone will be calling you from an 864 area code in the Eastern Time zone.OVERVIEW:We're looking for an Inside Sales Manager for an office in Bluffton, IN for a direct hire/permanent, Monday-Friday opportunity that offers a yearly base pay of $70,000 to $80,000 plus quarterly bonuses averaging a total of $4,000-$8,000 a year. The hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with 1-2 hours of paid overtime weekly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling (ideally with 20-30 calls a day), sales management expereince, and will also have CRM experience . After two years in this position, this person is eligible for this company's growth plan!DUTIES:Train, coach and develop a team of inside sales representativesOversee and coach inside sales team on performance metrics30-50 outbound sales/cold calls daily, building relationships with customersConduct sales quoting, order entry, and order processingUpsell and maximize sales packages for building productsEngage daily with the sales team, strategizing on ways to increase salesRun weekly reportsQUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of sales management experienceStrong leadership skills5+ years of cold calling sales experience requiredHigh volume cold calling experience (20+ calls daily)Ability to persuasively and professionally communicate with people of all backgroundsCRM experience requiredAble to do minor travel (up to 10% - very rare)Valid drivers licenseAble to pass a drivers check, drug screen, and background check based on company qualificationsOkay with doing 1-2 hours of overtime weekly (at overtime pay)Able to work onsite dailyPAY/BENEFITS:$70K-$80K/year base in hourly equivalentOvertime for anything worked over 40 hours a weekQuarterly bonuses up to $8k yearlyHealth, dental, & vision benefitsPTO and Paid Holidays401k plan
