Job Description:

Our client is seeking to hire Packaging / Quality Control Associates to join their team in Boulder, CO. This is a temporary role with pay ranging from $18.50 an hour and requires open availability but is a day shift position.Responsibilities:This operator works closely with the cure room manager to ensure that the quality of the product is up to standards before it makes it to the packaging departmentThey will be picking stems, crows' feet, etc. from products that has been trimmed and cureOccasionally assisting other departments with things like pulling orders or tubing jointsHigh-volume repetitive workAssisting with production and daily duties, as neededDesired Qualifications:A CO MED Badge is requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTop-notch attention to detailHighly organizedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFood handling experienceReliable transportation Working conditions:Long periods of sitting and/or standing, noisy work environment, warehouse temperature affected by outside conditionsMust be okay in a climate-controlled environment that is consistently between 55-65F Physical requirements:Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reachAbility to stand for long periods of time About Vangst:Vangst is the go-to talent marketplace for cannabis businesses, providing on-demand gig workers and full-time employees with the skills and credentials needed to succeed in this rapidly-growing industry.
