Cell Phone & Laptop provided.Many opportunities for advancement/ growthTickets at Work13 paid Holidays + 2 floating holidaysEssential Functions Building Systems Maintenance: Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, and fire protections systems. This includes conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.60 precent of your responsibility will be handling tenant needs. You will serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns, and resolving maintenance issues promptly. Building strong relationships with tenants and providing exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction.Overseeing the day- to day operations of the building. Being prepared to respond to emergency situations effectively and ensuring the safety of tenants and building occupants.Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Conducting regular inspections, maintaining records, and addressing any non-compliance issues promptly. Maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants and employees.Coordinating and overseeing the work of external vendors and contractors. This includes managing service contracts, and negotiating pricing, and ensuring quality workmanship. Building strong relationship with service providers.Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, tenants' requests, and any incidents or repairs. Generating reports, documenting procedures, and providing regular updates to management and tenants.These responsibilities are crucial for the smooth operation of a Class A bio tech building with tenants, ensuring the building's functionality, tenant satisfaction, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Knowledge and Skills Previous experience managing vendors. Knowledge of biotech infrastructure and systems.Knowledge of equipment, controls, and building automation maintenance. Technical disciplines in Plant Operations, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings and technical manuals.Ability to manage operating budgets and capital plans.Proficient verbal and written communication skills.EPA (CFC) 608 Certificate preferred.Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and show evidence of experience in operations, maintenance and repair of equipment in a biotech environment.Be proficient in computer, electronic and automated functions.Thorough knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices and methods.
