Company OverviewInsight Global is assisting a large manufacturing client of ours in identifying a 3rd shift Machine operator in the West Chester, OH area. They are seeking someone that is able to work the 3rd shift (10pm to 6:30 am_ Monday through Friday with this role. Overtime is available but is not mandatory.Position SummaryAs an Entry-Level 3rd Shift Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining smooth production operations at our manufacturing plant. You'll operate and monitor machines, ensuring they run efficiently and produce high-quality products. These machines may include rolling/drawing machines and they spool lines and produce helicord.ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Understand machine mechanics, including unwind, knives, rollers, and web components.Materials Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with materials used in the manufacturing process.Basic Troubleshooting: Conduct basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to machine operation and quality issues.Job Setup and Changeover: Perform machine setup, changeovers, and shift turnovers following standard work procedures.Quality Assurance: Accurately complete "First Off Check Sheet" and perform quality checks at required intervals.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.RequirementsExperience: 1-2 years of machine operations experience.Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to understand machine mechanics and troubleshoot issues.Preferred Skills:Experience with micrometers or calipers.Basic computer skills.Why Join PAC Worldwide?Competitive Pay: Starting pay of $19 per hour + a 30% to 40% annual bonus based on company performanceGrowth Opportunities: Potential for advancement as you learn and contribute.Exceptional BenefitsMust be able to pass a standard background test and Drug test
