Our agency is known for its excellent culture, commitment to employee growth, and the strong relationships we build with our clients.Job DescriptionAs a Personal Lines Supervisor for our Independent Agency, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading our personal lines insurance team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in personal lines insurance, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our clients.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and processing commercial insurance policies, endorsements and certificates.Gather and very accurate information from clients,underwriters, and other sources to complete insurance applications and documents.Maintain accurate and up to date client records in EPIC.Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders via phone, email and written correspondence.Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.Prepare and assemble insurance documents, including policy summaries, invoices, endorsements for distribution to clients.Assist in the processing of claims by gathering necessary information, supporting documentation, and coordinating with claims adjusters.'Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials required for client meetings and business development activities.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices.Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars and organizing meetings.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.Desire to be in a leadership and supervisory role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and industry regulations.Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.P&C license RequiredBenefitsCompetitive salary, with the potential to earn up to $75,000 per year.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for personal lines insurance and leadership, and if you want to be part of a dynamic team within a company that values its employees and clients, we encourage you to apply.
