We tend to spend a lot of time with each other, even if it's just on Zoom, and it's crucial for us that every team member enjoys and feels as a part of our Ruti family.As our Creator Influence Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, managing and executing a creative and strategic influencer and creator program that showcases the unique identity of the Ruti brand and establishes a strong connection with our community. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and a self-starter that is passionate about managing a team and inspiring happiness.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Build and execute the Influencer Marketing Strategy through activations, strategic partnerships and impactful campaigns.Oversee the day-to-day of the program and the team.Oversee all aspects of influencer contracting for brand campaigns and creators, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiation, legal sign-off and payments.Oversee development and distribution of influencer briefs to guide content creation.Manage influencer content creation process, ensuring all deliverables are met and that content is approved & posted in an efficient manner including but not limited to content for influencer campaigns, affiliate and performance marketing.Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Social, and Performance to ensure influencer initiatives are aligned with wider campaign and brand goals.Manage influencer production timelines and content calendars, facilitate shareouts and content reviews for leadership team as needed.Utilize influencer reporting platform to contribute to regular reports. Turn learnings into actions for future campaigns to ensure improved results over time. Work closely with internal teams before, during, and after campaigns to maximize content usage and effectiveness within UGG touchpoints.Regularly analyze the competition and other best-in-class brands to inspire new ideas and executions.Partner with the Marketing team to align on all content needs from an influencer perspective for social accounts, including but not limited to UGC content needs and influencer event recaps for our channels.Drive the development of our influencer program including researching, identifying and surfacing influencers that authentically represent and reach new and existing our customers across various social media channels and emerging platforms with data and insights to support reasoning.Stay up to date on the latest influencer marketing trends across all social media platforms.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent.4-6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing for a DTC retail or fashion brandExperience using third party influencer platforms.Experience working with a wide variety of influencers across a variety of categories (micro, macro, celebrity).Deep passion for TikTok and InstagramDetail oriented with the foresight to think about the bigger picture.Deeply curious and passionate about the creator economy, with a pulse on major trends and shifts within the industry.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing styles to suit our brand's voice and tone.Experience working cross functionally with Marketing teams. (Influencer, PR, Performance, Creative, eComm, etc.)Content creation experience such as video creation and editing, photo editing, etc., a plus.
