The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for financial statements, journal entries (accounting), bookkeeping, payroll taxes, sales tax, contracts, invoicing, and other accounting tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining, and clean up of financial records.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in financial statements, journal entries (accounting), and bookkeepingSolid understanding of Generally Accepted Principles (GAAP) Familiarity with payroll taxes and accounting principlesExpert in QuickBooks is essential and knowledge of HOUZZ (design software) is a plusPrior experience preparing (monthly/quarterly) Financial Statements for CPAExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial recordsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPrior experience in a similar role is ideal
