Job DescriptionJob Title: Part Time Clinical DietitianLocation: HSC Pediatric Center in Washington, DCAramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team. This role will provide nutrition care to our pediatric patients in need of transitional and rehab care.  About the Hospital:  The HSC Pediatric Center (HSCPC) is the only pediatric facility in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area dedicated exclusively to providing rehabilitation and transitional care for children and adolescents from infancy through 21 years of age. We provide easy access to a range of family-centered medical and therapy services to meet your child?s needs. Our partnership with Children?s National allows us to provide the best care for children who are leaving a traditional hospital and are not quite ready to be cared for at home.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including medical and dietary history, to develop individualized nutrition plansProvide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families to support health and disease managementCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to provide holistic patient careManage enteral and parenteral nutrition support, including tube feedings and intravenous nutrition therapyDevelop and implement nutrition policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance with regulationsStay current with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and make recommendations for continuous improvement#FSNE-300QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institutionRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and current license in the stateMinimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesEducationAbout AramarkOur MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.At Aramark, we believe that every employee should enjoy equal employment opportunity and be free to participate in all aspects of the company.
