This role will be based out of our San Antonio office (and operate as a work-from-home model), offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our growing presence in Texas.Salary - Entry Level $96,000 Senior Level - $175,000Requirements:Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas BarAble to make in-court appearances in the San Antonio MetroWork-from-home position, but must be located in the San Antonio Metro area OR able make all in-court appearances in the San Antonio area.Responsibilities:Conduct consultations with potential clients and secure their representationProvide expert advice on various family law mattersRepresent clients as 1st chair in court proceedings, including mediation and depositionsMentor and train junior team membersQualifications:Education / Credentials:Juris DoctorateLicensed and in good standing with the Texas State BarExperience:Experience as a Family Law Attorney, or related experienceExpertise in Texas Family Law statutesSkills:Demonstrated compassion and desire to assist othersStrong mentoring and team coaching abilitiesConsistent track record of exceeding performance goalsAt Modern Family Law, we are committed to equal employment opportunities for all individuals in accordance with applicable laws.
