Very exciting opportunity with a successful CPA firm based in Miami, FL.Benefits offered include a medical insurance stipend, 401K, paid vacation, and discretionary bonus potential.Responsibilities:• Review income tax returns (qualifying candidates must have experience reviewing an actual tax return by another staff accountant within the firm, this must show on your resume).• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations for a variety of clients from emerging business to mid size up to 50M.• Knowledge of GAAP principles.• Knowledge of Federal, State and U.S. International Tax laws.• Proficiency in review of tax returns and tax research.• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide knowledge and experience.• Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope.• Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects.• Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university• Experience with corporate taxation, intercompany transactions, partnerships, estates and trusts• CPA required• International tax knowledge and/or experience preferred.• Candidate must speak perfect English.
